Vendor/Sponsor Pricing is $250

Outside food and fuel vendors are not allowed at the facility per the agreement with Cecil County Dragway. They have both of their own on site.
By becoming a vendor/sponsor you’ll get

• Your name/logo on the website, shirts, banners and flags
• Access to vendor only parking area to set up for the day
• Promotion on our website and social pages
• Early access to event parking Access for 6 staff members
• Early entrance at 8 a.m. to set up for the event
• Automatic race entry for 1 car
• No restrictions on tent size (within reason)
• Enough room for at least 2 booth cars

Each additional staff member over 6 members will require a spectator ticket

Rules/Obligations

• We will need a good usable logo file with no background to be implemented into the shirts and site
• We will also need links to all of your websites and social medias if applicable
• Absolutely no outside food vendors so long as Cecil is the Venue
• Promote the event at your leisure (more reach the better the event will be)
• Giveaway items are not required but are always appreciated for the participants
• Side pots will not be expressly forbidden by us. Bet at your own risk whether as a driver or spectator

Upon Form submission we will review your application and Email you with how to book your spot

You are not required to fill out this form if we have already reached out to you in regards to vending/supporting!!!
